Since Fall 2024, we have been showcasing the rediscovery of hundreds of watercolors, paintings, and prints by Robert Markell (1924–2020), a five-time Emmy Award-winning film producer and acclaimed American art director.

Markell’s centenary has prompted a renewed examination of his prolific late-in-life work, now being exhibited for the first time across several cities.
